Small leak. Fixed while it’s still small.

Missing shingles, flashing failures, pipe boots, wind damage — found with photos, fixed at the source, priced in writing.

// Straight answer first

A ceiling stain is the end of the story, not the start

Water rarely comes in where it shows up. It enters at a flashing joint, a cracked pipe boot, or a wind-lifted shingle, then travels the deck until it finds your drywall. We trace the leak to its source, photograph it, and fix that — not just the stain.

Where roofs really leak

Wind damage

Lifted and missing shingles — sealed strips don’t reseal in the cold.

Flashing failures

Chimneys, sidewalls, valleys — the leak points most repairs miss.

Boots & penetrations

Cracked pipe boots and vent seals — small parts, big water.

// Why repairs fail

A good repair starts with a correct diagnosis

Trace it, don’t guess it

Caulk over a stain buys weeks. Finding the entry point — and photographing it — buys years.

Fix the detail, to spec

Step flashing rewoven, boots replaced, shingles fastened the way the manufacturer says.

Honest scope, every time

If a repair will hold, we repair. If the roof is aging out, we say so with photos — your call from there.

// The clock is real

Every storm finds the weak spot again. Fix it once, properly.

Storm repair? We document. Your insurer decides.

If wind or hail caused the damage, we inspect, photograph, and give you a written, itemized estimate — and we can meet your adjuster on the roof. We never negotiate settlements, never waive or cover deductibles, and no one can promise your claim will be approved. How our storm inspections work →

Seen a stain, a shingle in the yard, a drip?

Don’t climb up — that’s our job. Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll photograph the roof, trace the problem to its source, and price the fix in writing. If it’s bigger than a repair, we’ll show you why. Signs to watch for →

Roof repair, straight answers

Should I repair my roof or replace it?

If the roof is under ~15 years old and the damage is localized — a few shingles, one flashing failure — a repair usually holds. If it’s aging or the damage is widespread, replacement is the honest answer. We photograph what we find and recommend the cheaper option when it will actually work.

Can you match my existing shingles?

Usually close, rarely perfect — shingle colors weather over time, so even the same product won’t match a ten-year-old roof exactly. We’ll show you the closest match before we start, and if matching matters more than cost, we’ll talk through options honestly.

What should I do right after a storm hits my roof?

From the ground: photograph anything visible — missing shingles, dented gutters, debris. Don’t climb up. Then book an inspection promptly; the longer a breach sits open, the more damage stacks up and the harder any claim gets.

How much does a roof repair cost?

It depends on what’s failing and how far the water has traveled — which is exactly what the free roof check finds out. You get photos of the problem and a written, itemized price before any work starts, and the number doesn’t move once we do.
