True North Roofing (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide — your name, phone number, town, and any details about your roof or property. We may also collect basic technical data such as the page you came from and marketing campaign parameters.
We use your information solely to contact you about your inspection or estimate and to provide the services you requested. We do not sell your personal information.
If you check the box consenting to text messages, we may text you updates about your inspection, estimate, or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, scheduling or email tools) and with your insurance carrier or adjuster when you ask us to assist with a claim. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Straight talk on insurance claims. We inspect, photograph, and document the damage, and we give you a written, itemized estimate you can hand to your insurer — and we can meet your adjuster on the roof. Your insurance company decides what’s covered. We don’t negotiate settlements — by New York law only a licensed public adjuster or attorney can represent you in a claim. We never pay, waive, or absorb deductibles (New York GBL §771-b makes that insurance fraud), and no contractor can promise your claim will be approved.
